Description

The course is based on comprehensive passport policy and procedural information that has been prepared in a modular format and is accessible online.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• identify Passport security features
• determine what documents constitute an acceptable proof of Canadian Citizenship
• determine whether applicant name meets Passport Program criteria
• determine policies and procedures to apply for personal information
• identify an eligible guarantor
• identify various types of passports for adults and children

Note: Registration is by invitation only. The training provider will contact employees to coordinate registration if they are eligible based on their position or role at mission. In order to achieve certification, participants must obtain a mark of at least 80% on the final evaluation.
