Description
The goal of the course is for participants to review how to apply entitlement policy, counsel clients, and fulfil the requirements associated with passport applications so they remain current about issuing travel documents at missions abroad.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- examine and verify a passport application
- determine what documents constitute an acceptable proof of Canadian Citizenship; whether name meets Passport Program criteria; and the policies and procedures to apply for personal information
- identify an eligible guarantor
- use authentication tools
