Description

Delivering common services at missions abroad requires a standardized and transparent approach to cost determination. This online course introduces the Common Services Costing Methodology used by Global Affairs Canada to calculate, interpret, and communicate the costs of services provided to partners. Participants learn to apply the methodology to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
