Description

The course gives participants an opportunity to learn how to apply the regulatory framework and key financial policies that govern GAC's transfer payments to ensure the sound financial management of their projects.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• understand the role and responsibilities of program officers vis-à-vis the sound financial management of GAC’s Gs&Cs;
• apply the key elements and principles of the regulatory, policy, and financial framework governing GAC’s Gs&Cs programs;
• apply GAC's financial policies and directives to manage common issues and challenges related to the financial management of Gs&Cs.
