This tutorial provides a comprehensive overview of the financial management environment at Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Through this online training, participants will have the opportunity to review the rules (legislations, directives, and standards), financial management business processes and tools, and key roles and responsibilities in these business processes at GAC.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- explain the roles and responsibilities of the key players in financial management
- participate in the development of financial plans and budgets and use financial coding
- contribute to the proper use of financial delegated authorities and related instruments
