Description

This course develops practical knowledge and skills to support Canada’s engagement in the Indo-Pacific region. Participants explore cross-border trade, energy transition, economic diplomacy, and negotiation, as well as trade frameworks, market opportunities, and regional energy systems.

 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • analyze regional trade frameworks, economic governance, and market opportunities
  • identify economic diplomacy strategies and tools that advance Canadian interests
  • assess regional energy trends, risks, and opportunities
  • apply economic and public policy tools to Indo-Pacific scenarios
