Description

This course provides specialized training grounded in GAC’s context for staffing selection processes both in Canada and at mission. It presents policy frameworks and key considerations leading to inclusive staffing. It focuses on the sharing of good practices and proven approaches, while providing practical tools.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • explain how focusing on diversity and inclusion is relevant during a staffing selection process
  • apply a diversity and inclusion lens when engaged in a selection process
  • state tips and promising practices on how to integrate diversity and inclusion when staffing
