It presents policy frameworks and key considerations leading to inclusive staffing. It focuses on the sharing of good practices and proven approaches, while providing practical tools.

  • explain how focusing on diversity and inclusion is relevant during a staffing selection process
  • apply a diversity and inclusion lens when engaged in a selection process
  • state tips and promising practices on how to integrate diversity and inclusion when staffing
