Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• implement effectively human resources strategies tailored to mission programs
• perform various tasks and duties including LES staffing and compensation
• apply the knowledge and skills regarding financial management and delegated signing authorities
• demonstrate the strategic use of the financial planning and reporting tools
• procure strategically resources for mission program delivery
