Description

The information session provides an overview of Global Affairs Canada (GAC)’s Talent Management Program and will help Canada-based staff (CBS) and managers become familiarize with the program. Topics include the talent management guidelines for Canada-based staff, the eligibility criteria, the process, and governance as well as other available tools to staff and managers.

  • use the talent management tool
  • describe the approval process
  • navigate through available tools to support your employee through the talent management process
