Description
The open drop-in session for managers only on employees’ and locally engaged staff’s (LES) Performance and Talent Management offers them an opportunity to speak directly with advisors from the Performance and Talent Management Team for employees and for LES in an informal and interactive setting.
During the session, managers can join at any time and seek advice, ask questions, and obtain clarifications on various aspects of the program.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- have effective strategies for developing effective performance agreements
- implement talent management plans
- develop performance improvement plans
- understand the program and be equipped with the tools to better leverage its various aspects
