Description

A professional transition is more than a job change—it impacts identity and balance. This workshop explores key phases of transition, the emotions involved and provides practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Learning objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • define what a professional transition is and its impact on identity and well-being
  • describe the three phases of transition (completion, neutral zone, new beginning) and position their own experience
  • identify personal strengths, resources, and strategies to manage uncertainty
  • develop a concrete action plan to ease their transition and maintain professional engagement
