This course is designed for employees who are involved as consultees in the assessment of export permit applications and/or advise Canadian companies on issues related to export controls.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- summarize Canada’s export and brokering controls
- provide an informed risk assessment of permit applications
- describe the main purpose and key uses of the new EXCOL system
- access resources to provide effective export control service to the clients of the Trade Commissioner Service
