Description

The course will provide participants with information on current developments in responsible business conduct (RBC). It will also outline Canada’s approach, as well discuss Canada’s anti-corruption legislation. Participants will develop a knowledge of responsible business practices, be prepared to proactively support clients in the planning and implementing of responsible business practices and anti-corruption within their organizations, and learn how to develop strategies to effectively manage incidents.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • describe the international framework for RBC
  • identify the key elements of Canada’s approach to RBC
  • integrate RBC seamlessly in client service delivery
