Canadian companies abroad are facing RBC issues and the government needs to be in a position to support them. The Government of Canada encourages and expects all Canadian firms operating abroad to respect applicable laws, international standards and to reflect our values and international commitments. This online course explains the government’s role and its approach to RBC and introduces internationally recognized RBC guidelines and standards.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this tutorial, participants will be able to:
- provide an overview of RBC
- detail Canada’s approach to RBC and fight against corruption for Canadian companies operating abroad
- identify international RBC guidelines and standards
- discuss Global Affairs Canada’s role in supporting and promoting the Government of Canada’s approach to RBC
