Description

This course enables participants to develop strategies for integrating a HRBA into their international assistance work and to improve the effectiveness and impact of development initiatives. Participants will gain familiarity with HRBA as an international best practice, determine how Canada’s international assistance policy framework and HRBA reinforce each other, explore the relationship between HRBA and results-based management and develop an action plan for integrating HRBA into their work.

• incorporate the elements of HRBA into international assistance programming and operations.
• articulate how HRBA contributes to the sustainability and effectiveness of international assistance interventions
