Prerequisites
Participants are recommended to take the online course Learning, Unlearning and Relearning: A Pathway to Anti-Racism

Offered in response to Global Affairs Canada’s Anti-Racism Strategy 2021-2026, this dialogue is intended for executives to develop strategies in supporting the organization in advancing anti-racism. The Anti-Racism Employee Survey 2023 states that “it is essential to build and maintain confidence in senior management’s ability to address issues and strengthen their commitment to anti-racism by demonstrating tangible results over time”.

This course is open to employees in a supervisory role, including those in acting positions.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • identify the various levels of advancing anti-racism engagement and the leadership approaches to leverage organizational processes in the workplace
  • develop tailored strategies and commitments to address racism in the workplace and within your team
