Description

The course will focus on applying the Feminist International Assistance Policy to development projects within the framework of Results Based Management.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• explain key concepts in gender equality, including intersectionality
• explain Global Affairs Canada’s key corporate and international commitments to gender equality, in particular the Feminist International Assistance Policy
• describe project officers’ roles and responsibilities under the Feminist International Assistance Policy (FIAP) within the framework of results-based management (RBM)
• describe the key sections of the assessment form and the framework for gender equality coding
