This course is for employees experienced in fragile and conflict-affected settings, and with an interest in mediation as a form of direct engagement. Employees will gain a strategic perspective on Canada’s potentially greater role in this space, and examine the range of possible roles, risks and opportunities within the shifting landscape of mediation.
