This introductory course to Managing for Results supports Global Affairs Canada staff working in all streams to better understand the Managing for Results approach.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- understand Managing for Results as an adaptive life-cycle management approach within the context of Global Affairs Canada, and why it is used
- describe basic terminology related to the Managing for Results approach that is used at Global Affairs Canada
- explain how the Managing for Results approach may be applied in the context of their work
- know and locate resources available to staff when using the Managing for Results approach
