This three-phase certification is intended to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to carry out their day-to-day tasks in accordance with Canadian and departmental regulations, standards, policies and best practices.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- implement the most up-to-date policies, directives and processes in the areas of Human Resources, finance, official hospitality, travel, data strategy and information management
- describe their role and responsibilities
- manage the division budget
- understand P2P tool and generate reports using the Finance and Administration System (FAS)
