Description

This training is intended to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to carry out their day-to-day tasks in accordance with Canadian and departmental regulations, standards, policies and best practices. The five month program is comprised of multiple training components and focuses on the core processes and procedures in finance and client service in the context of the regional common service delivery model.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• explain the new Common Service Delivery Plan (CSDP) business model
• implement the most up to date policies and procedures in the area of finance
• apply client service and teamwork techniques
