Description

This training is intended to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to carry out their day-to-day tasks in property management at mission in accordance with Canadian and departmental regulations, standards, policies and best practices. The eight month program is comprised of guided online training (e-learning courses, readings and a project) followed by five days of classroom training for those who have successfully completed the online pre-requisites.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• implement the most up to date policies and procedures in the area of property management
• assist in the contracting process and the management of leases
• apply client service and teamwork techniques
