Description

This program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, resources, and network needed to carry out day to-day property management responsibilities at mission, in accordance with Canadian legislation and departmental policies, standards, and best practices.

This training combines online readings, self-directed courses, virtual subject-matter experts-led sessions, a final project, and group discussions.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• build a global network of colleagues at Headquarters and at mission through an understanding of units involved in property management
• update skills to reflect current property management policies and procedures
• support missions in contracting, lease management, and budgeting
• develop practical communication and client-service skills
