Description

This course will give participants the opportunity to acquire a good understanding of how a project is created, updated and moved through the project life cycle in Finance and Administration System (FAS) Project System (PS), and the necessary skills to do so. Topics covered: Basic concept of the PS module in FAS, Create a project in FAS, Learn how to navigate within a project with the Project Self-Service (PSS) tool, Coding, Statuses, Project Budget, Forms and Reports.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • create an initiative in the Project System (PS) module
  • enter the initiative coding using Project Self-Service (PSS)
  • change the Initiative Status during the Initiative Approval Process
  • generate FAS PS reports and forms
  • obtain information by means of FAS tools
