This course will introduce core learning content and help learners develop a knowledge base. The goal is to strengthen competencies to leverage and lead a diverse workforce effectively, and to successfully promote inclusion and respect for diversity internationally. The initiative is a key component of the Government of Canada’s commitment to inclusion and respect for diversity, and to building a diverse public service ensuring that its institutions, policies and programs are inclusive.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- define diversity and inclusion and other related concepts
