For many professionals and volunteers, the return home can be as challenging as the start of an international assignment.

This course will help you prepare for your reintegration into Canada and assess the impact of your international experience from a personal and professional perspective.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • reflect on their international experience
  • identify the knowledge, skills and attitudes they have developed on their assignment and learn how they can best apply them
  • develop strategies to support the process of returning home
  • explore options and tools to address their personal and professional goals
  • bring closure to their international experience

Notes: This training for groups is also available to other government departments and non-governmental organizations on a cost-recovery basis.
