Description
In this two-part training, learners will develop a deeper understanding of intercultural competency and its impact on workplace dynamics, and also engage in intercultural dialogue between LES and CBS employing brave space principles. In part one, learners will explore their own intercultural profile, identifying strengths and areas for growth. Through discussions and activities, learners will gain a clearer understanding of what culture entails and why it plays a critical role in all interactions.
In part two, the focus will shift to applying these insights to the work environment at mission. Learners will examine key cultural dimensions that influence their team performance and reflect on how one’s cultural background and organizational culture shape their interactions. By the end of the training, learners will have a set of actionable strategies to enhance both personal intercultural competencies, as well as those of colleagues, ultimately contributing to a more effective and inclusive workplace.
