This course covers the creation of Funds Reservations and Funds Commitments, including discussions on such topics as committing funds for future specific costs and obligations.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- describe a budget in Financial and Administration System (FAS)
- execute the Available Commitment Budget report
- create, display and modify Funds Reservations and Funds Commitments (including consumption and completion)
- distribute the original budget
- create, display and modify budget transfers, supplements and returns
