This course provides information on the purpose of General Ledger (G/L) accounts, the processing of documents and transactions in a foreign currency, and various transactions affecting G/L accounts such as cash receipts, payroll, funds purchases and funds transfers.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• describe General Ledger (G/L) accounts
• create, display and modify G/L documents (including cash receipts, funds movements and funds in transit)
• manage a suspense account
• process non-governmental organization (NGO) transactions: NGO prepaid
