Description
This course is intended for participants responsible for entering Salary Forecasting Tool (SFT) transactions in the FAS for their assigned fund centres (FC). They will be eligible to obtain data entry access to the SFT module upon successful completion of this training.
The course covers the core functions of the SFT to ensure data accuracy and timely salary budget reporting for each fund centre.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- record employee and position data in the SFT system
- do corrections in salary budgets via journal vouchers (JV)
- produce salary budget reports
Note: No “View only” access will be given with the completion of this course.
