Description

This course is designed for employees who need to display the Financial and Administration System (FAS) documents and execute reports, such as the available commitment budget, commitment detail report and cost centre reports.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• display transactions in Financial and Administration System (FAS)
• customize the report layout/variant
• execute Budget reports
• initiate a payment request in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• review the status of a payment request
• attach a pdf document to a transaction in FAS
