Description

This course provides basic information regarding the acquisition/travel card payment process. The exercises will focus on the Acquisition card and the practice will be done in the Financial and Administration System (FAS). A Quick Reference Card will be shared showing the differences between the entry of a transaction done via an acquisition and a travel card.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• describe the policies and procedures regarding the solution on acquisition/travel card
• create and modify card documents in the Financial and Administration System (FAS)
• reconcile their NBC statement and correct any errors
• accept their transactions
• print Acquisition Card Activity Report (sec. 34)
