Description

This online tutorial is designed to show Deputy Directors how to use the Data Validation tool within the Finance and Administration System (FAS – SAP). It shows them how to review and approve content within international assistance project profiles under their cost center to be published on the Project Browser. Deputy Directors will learn about their roles and responsibilities in regards to approving content to be published (accuracy and coherence) on the web.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• access the Data Validation Tool (DVT)
• search for and select projects under their cost center for review
• enter a comment either approving the project or indicating corrections required
• set and save Publication Status to either return profile to project officer for corrections or send to Project Browser team
