Description

Designed for supervisors and team leads (locally engaged staff and Canada based staff) currently serving at missions abroad, this course equips participants with the practical tools and leadership strategies required to support their employees and drive team performance within an international and intercultural context.

Learning Objectives

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

• adopt a management and leadership approach tailored to situations and individuals
• explore active listening and feedback strategies to improve communication
• support ongoing employee performance and increase engagement
• discuss strategies for cultivating an inclusive and collaborative team culture
