This course will help leaders introduce effective strategies and practices to foster inclusion, build commitment and achieve results. It will strengthen leaders’ capacity to understand and work with cultural influences and diversity in order to improve the quality of organizational processes and staff morale; and to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere at Global Affairs Canada.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
