Description
This online course is designed to train department supervisors and managers, workplace occupational health and safety committee members, and occupational health and safety employee representatives to do a work-related accident investigation, identify and analyze the causes of the accident, recommend adequate corrective measures to prevent a recurrence of the occupational injury, and follow up on their implementation. This course was developed to comply with several legal requirements of Part 15 Hazardous Occurrence Investigation, Recording and Reporting of the Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
