Pre-requisite :
Core Training Program for Trade Commissioners and Assistants (TR1370)
or
Global Learning Initiative for Trade Commissioners and Trade Commissioner Assistants (archived course)
This course is an integral part of the program which aims to provide the knowledge, strategies, working tools and resources for leading teams in the delivery of value-added services to the Canadian business community. It features interactive peer-learning and reinforces both practical and strategic approaches to leading teams in the delivery of client service excellence.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- deliver on departmental priorities
- implement best practices in client service excellence
- use corporate tools and technology to manage programs and staff (to analyse, plan, communicate, implement, monitor and report)
Note: Registration is by invitation only. The training provider will contact employees to coordinate registration if they are eligible based on their position or role at mission.
