Description

This course is an integral part of the program which aims to provide the knowledge, strategies, working tools and resources for leading teams in the delivery of value-added services to the Canadian business community. It features interactive peer-learning and reinforces both practical and strategic approaches to leading teams in the delivery of client service excellence.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • deliver on departmental priorities
  • implement best practices in client service excellence
  • use corporate tools and technology to manage programs and staff (to analyse, plan, communicate, implement, monitor and report)
