This course is designed for Department employees who are interested in learning more about the passport services that Global Affairs Canada delivers on behalf of the IRCC Passport Program.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- examine the passport services that Global Affairs Canada consular personnel provide on behalf of the IRCC Passport Program
- identify the different travel documents, application types and requirements applied by consular staff at mission on behalf of the IRCC passport program
- develop awareness of the contacts, resources and supports who can help you should you be called upon to assist the passport program at mission
