This pre-posting practice camp will allow participants to apply the learning they acquired during the first phase of the MCO pre-posting training and will provide an opportunity for participants to self-evaluate their knowledge, and to identify their own learning gaps. This practice camp is the final phase of the MCO pre-posting training approach.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• apply their knowledge and skills in given complex scenarios and case studies that will simulate the real-life work of an MCO/DMCO at mission related
• demonstrate how to best leverage their network of contacts and resources to resolve the situations presented in the practical activities.
