Description

This practical camp is part of the pre-posting training for Management and Consular Affairs Officers (MCOs). It will enable participants to put into practice the knowledge they have previously acquired through suggested online courses, and will give them the opportunity to self-assess their knowledge and identify their learning gaps.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• apply their knowledge and skills in given complex scenarios and case studies that will simulate the real-life work of an MCO/DMCO at mission related
• demonstrate how to best leverage their network of contacts and resources to resolve the situations presented in the practical activities.

Note: Registration is by invitation only. The training provider will contact employees to coordinate registration if they are eligible based on their position or role at mission.
