Prerequisites (recommended)
This course is an opportunity for new employees to become acquainted with Global Affairs Canada through an interactive trip around the world. Registration priority is given to new employees (joining within the last year).
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- identify Global Affairs Canada’s mandate
- describe Global Affairs Canada’s core responsibilities and recognize how they contribute to realizing the departmental mandate
- locate their role within the departmental structure
- identify further departmental resources and training to assist with onboarding and career development
