Description

The Code of Conduct provides clarity on expected behaviours, standards, rules, responsibilities, and practices for all employees in Canada and abroad, including for locally engaged staff. In the session, the purpose and scope of the code of conduct will be explained, the implications of the rules and responsibilities will be discussed, and case studies will be analyzed to identify appropriate actions and responses based on the code.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

• understand the code of conduct
• recognize expected behaviors and standards
• comprehend rules and responsibilities
• apply practices in real-world situations
