Description

The event on March 12, 2025, will be held in person at the Cadieux Auditorium, located at 125 Sussex.

This interactive session will introduce you to Global Affairs Canada (GAC)’s structure, and key resources to support your integration, while connecting you with colleagues from across the department.

You will hear from senior leadership, subject matter experts, and key departmental teams on important topics, including GAC’s vision and global role, with insights from our leadership. Discussions will cover essential workplace topics such as performance management, staffing, professional development, HR, payroll, accommodations, security, and IT services. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about bargaining agents and workplace resources, helping you understand your rights and the available support.

The bilingual session is open to all new employees - rotational, traditional, indeterminate, and term - who have joined the Department since September 1, 2024.
