Description
The purpose of this course is to provide learners with information on security roles and responsibilities as well as policies and procedures designed to protect employees, information, and assets.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- classify safely, transport, transmit, store and destroy information
- adopt good daily security practices
- describe the security screening process, zones, and access passes
- explain your roles and responsibilities concerning security incidents, both in Canada and at mission
Note: This course is mandatory for all employees and who have a building pass to Global Affairs Canada buildings.
Employees must re-valid this training every three years.
