The course features interactive peer-Learning and reinforces the practical elements of client service excellence.

Note: Registration is by invitation only. The training provider will contact employees to coordinate registration if they are eligible based on their position or role at mission. This course is highly recommended for employees who have not taken the in-person training since October 2022.
