Description

This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge, strategies, working tools and resources for the delivery of value-added, proactive and strategic services to the Canadian business community. The course features interactive peer-Learning and reinforces the practical elements of client service excellence.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • implement best practices in client service excellence
  • contribute to achieving departmental priorities
  • use "working" tools and technology efficiently and strategically

Note: Registration is by invitation only. The training provider will contact employees to coordinate registration if they are eligible based on their position or role at mission. This course is highly recommended for employees who have not taken the in-person training since October 2022.
