The course covers the core benefits of the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), including: market access for goods, cross-border trade in services, digital trade, investment and temporary entry.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- identify CUSMA's fundamental trade policy concepts and key differences with NAFTA
- recognize opportunities where CUSMA can benefit Canadian businesses
- leverage different CUSMA provisions to help a client operating in an eligible market
