Description
The Safe Conversations Dialogue Workshop, led by former diplomats Paul Fauteux and Roxanne Dubé, will provide heads of mission with dialogue skills that will:
- elevate their listening so they can more accurately understand others
- strengthen relationships by making people feel seen, heard and valued
- create positive work environments where people are more aware, psychologically safe and affirmed
- help them to address disagreements fearlessly to find common ground and solutions
- help them to discuss frustrations and tough topics without triggering defensiveness or conflict
Upon completing this workshop, participants will be able to:
- identify root causes of conflict and understand how to create psychological safety in conversations
- engage confidently in difficult conversations to resolve issues and build trust
- apply practical tools to enhance team performance through stronger relationships
