Description

The Workshop, led by former diplomats Paul Fauteux and Roxanne Dubé, will provide executives with dialogue skills that will:

  • elevate their listening so they can more accurately understand others
  • strengthen relationships by making people feel seen, heard and valued
  • create positive work environments where people are more aware, psychologically safe and affirmed
  • help them to address disagreements fearlessly to find common ground and solutions
  • help them to discuss frustrations and tough topics without triggering defensiveness or conflict

Upon completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • identify root causes of conflict and understand how to create psychological safety in conversations
  • engage confidently in difficult conversations to resolve issues and build trust
  • apply practical tools to enhance team performance through stronger relationships

The Workshop is grounded in over 40 years of clinical practice and research by renowned relationship experts in neuroscience and social sciences, Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D.
