Bias Awareness for an Inclusive Environment
This course is only available to other government department employees on a cost-recovery basis. Understanding and addressing unconscious bias biases are powerful and often outside of our awareness. Implicit biases may be associated with stereotyping and discrimination and they can be a barrier to creating an inclusive environment. This course addresses questions of unconscious or implicit bias to help ensure that your work environment is a respectful and inclusive one.
