This course provides political, trade and development officers with a better understanding of Canada's role in the region. It provides an overview of new realities and key issues. Leading Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for Impact: A Reflective Dialogue
This course is an opportunity for leaders to reflect on how they have enhanced their leadership practice and performance through previous experiences relating to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). To enhance their own leadership practices, participants will consider inclusive leadership traits; active listening as a facet of intercultural communication; inclusive decision making; and direction and guidance provided by the Government of Canada’s and Global Affairs Canada’s current EDI, Anti-Racism, Accessibility and Indigenous Reconciliation policy frameworks. Participants will briefly consider change management models to define entry points for inclusive leadership.
Leveraging Export Development Canada's Products

The online course provides a high level review of Export Development Canada (EDC)’s key financing and insurance products most popular among the exporting community.
