Coaching for Human-Centred Leadership: Bringing Out the Best in Ourselves and Our People

A human-centred leadership approach recognizes that people are an organization’s most precious resource – that putting people first is the most effective way to achieve the desired organizational results and deliver on our priorities. This course is an opportunity for Global Affairs Canada leaders to step out of the day-to-day operations and reflect on their own leadership practices and performance, to strengthen the mindsets and behaviours needed to transform the Department’s culture and workplace as we continue to reach for the North Star and to consider how to apply and integrate human-centred leadership back into their own workplace changes, challenges and teams.
