How Canadian Small and Medium Enterprises Explore New Markets
This course is available to other government department employees on a cost-recovery basis. The course aims to help Trade Commissioners better serve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) more efficiently and effectively both in Canada and around the world. It will help commissioners understand the mindset of smaller companies and the scope of business decisions that these companies face when exploring new opportunities. It will also guide commissioners on asking the right questions in order to better understand the client’s business environment and impediments to export success.
