International Trade Financing Options for Canadian Businesses
This course is available to other government department employees on a cost-recovery basis. This course covers trade-financing concepts critical to Canadian companies seeking to expand their business abroad. Topics include the export-transaction process, international business risks, commercial contracts and sources of financing, as well as programs and solutions offered by Canadian Crown corporations, commercial banks and credit insurance providers.
Introduction to Data Analysis
This course is available to other government department employees on a cost-recovery basis. This course provides an overview of key concepts and challenges related to data analysis. In-class sessions are complemented by mandatory videos that inform course activities (approx. 4 hours total). The course is designed for employees with limited experience working with data and is tool-agnostic.
